anandr Posted May 9, 2012 Report Share Posted May 9, 2012 I booked a 3 start hotel & i got Extended stay deluxe lenox(buckhead) for 40 . This is one really bad hotel. Their customer service sucks. Had to call my credit card company to resolve the issue & they tried contacting these guy & still no help (Kept transferring calls one person to other) so my credit card company blocked the transaction. They promised a 3 start hotel & give you all scrappy one's. I would recommend using priceline even if you pay some 10 dollars extra & you are safe.The hotel review. There were stains in sofa & mattress bed sheet. The mattress quality was bad. The wost thing is when a marta train passes you can feel the vibration (lol ). There was no paer towel & had to call them & ask for that. Later i checked out the same day & booked using priceline got courtyard at 50. Link to comment
