If you do your HOTWIRE search again are you currently seeing the Restaurant amenity listed? When i search HOTWIRE for your dates the 4* hotel offered in this zone resembles all the details you posted above but doesn't show a Restaurant amenity.

If you are still seeing Restaurant listed, are you searching for more than one room or for something other than the default 2adults/0children?

You're right, the search changed slightly since yesterday. Price dropped to 136$ and the amenities are now as follows:
