Hotwire Hotel: Help with ID Anchorage Midtown/Downtown hotels

Hi

My dates are May 31-June 2 (2 nights). I need help identifing the following hotels:

2 1/2 star Midtown hotel- $52 Amenities: Free parking, Fitness Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High speeed internet. Mentions still gathering reviews.

2 1/2 star Downtown hotel- $71 Amenities: Pool(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High speeed internet.

I am thinking extended stay, which if that is the case then these are really great deals cause the rooms are going for $160 but I can't be sure.

Best guess for each:

2 1/2 star Midtown hotel- $52

Extended Stay Deluxe Midtown

2 1/2 star Downtown hotel- $71 Amenities: Pool(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High speeed

However, for the Midtown property i'll point out the very low 2.5/5.0 TA rating, and for the Downtown property i'll point out the somewhat low 3.0/5.0 TA rating and the very low 55% recommended rating from previous HOTWIRE guests. I wouldn't really expect too much from either of these properties.
