I started bidding at $70, for 4 stars in the White House - Downtown area for 5/24-5/25. Rejected.

Increased to $80, added Alexandria West (has no 4-star hotels)

Increasd to $90, added Bethesda (has no 4-star hotels)

Increased to $100, Added Crystal City (has no 4-star hotels) and got the J.W. Marriott for my original dates for $100 + $21.81 in taxes = $121.81
