Need help trying to figure out what hotel this is:

Searched using the links in my messages for 2 adults, 2 children for a 8/18/12-8/20/12 stay.

Amenities listed:

My guess is that this may be the Caribe Royale with a slightly different amenity set than what's been seen previously.

I was also wondering, if it states "suite" in the amenities, are you guaranteed a suite? Or, is it simply stating that the resort offers suites?

It's a suite, but keep in mind it's not always a suite with a separate room and door dividing the two area... there are many all-suite properties today (such as Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn, etc) that are considered suites because they have separate living and sleeping area, but there may just be a 3/4 wall dividing the different parts of the room.
