heidem Posted May 6, 2012 Report Posted May 6, 2012 With some help provided by the information on this website, I won the 4* Kitano in the Empire State Building area for 180 dollars from August 12 to August 19 2012.I picked the following zones: Empire State Building, Midtown East, Midtown West, and Times Square with a 4* rating.
