Hotwire Hotel: 3* Chicago (Airport O'Hare) Comfort Suites Ohare

Listed on hotwire as a 3*- suite, airport shuttle, fitness center, comp breakfast

I was hoping this was the Sheraton Suite or the Wyndam Suites. It was not. Very disappointed in this property.

This is nowhere close to a 3*, it would be a stretch to give it a 2*.

Suite- the room size is normal - it has a wall to divide the bedroom and the sitting area- very drab

love seat size sofa- 20 inch televisions. Very little amenities- plastic and styrafoam cups. hot breakfast-

was a continental with a waffle maker. The fitness center consisted of a treadmill,rowing machine,

and stepper. The website advertised near shopping and restaurants- There is a older strip mall behind the property with various fast food chains. The bedroom had 2 uncomfortable double beds , on the wall air conditioner, no closet a simple opening for bags.

There is an airport shuttle that was convienent.

But basically is was a days inn with a wall and a sofa. I paid 61.00 plus tax. I didn't see the best value.

Thank you for sharing your results with the board and adding this property to our lists. Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay, but at least now others can make an informed decision if they see a property with this star rating and amenties offered.

For future reference, every search returns a "Best Value" and is based upon hotel star rating and price, and shouldn't really be indicative of the hotel's quality (that is based upon the star rating, which is very subjective, but that's an entire discussion in itself). Of course the Best Value should not be confused with the Customer Favorite designation, which is used to show comments from actually Hotwire customers who have stayed at the property before and had positive things to say about it.

Hope your future stays are better!
