scgirard Posted May 4, 2012 Report Posted May 4, 2012 I just scored this great deal for Memorial weekend. I started by bidding $110, then rebid at $115 by adding an additional area without a 4 star and won. This appears to be a great deal for this property. Thanks for the rebid advice.
