Used the HOTWIRE link to get a 3* in Sacramento Downtown. Won the Governor's Inn for $46 a night for the dates 5/17 to 5/19.

This could be the Governors Inn or the Holiday Inn Express with the addition of HOTWIRE's new 'Free Parking' amenity... but i'd also include the Quality Inn Downtown as a likely possibility. Any of these three would be my best guess for this one.
