Are there any hotels at all in Coney Island and Harlem?

the maps seem to suggest there is not.

Can anyone give me the best way to get a good rate at the W hoboken?

Does Hotwire refresh its offers hourly? daily?. Because pretty much everytime i search for a hotel in hoboken with my dates it gives me a deal for a hotel that im pretty sure is the sheraton lincoln suites.

any help on this would be great
