Began bidding on Wednesday: 3* hotel in Danbury for $39. No deal.

Changed the bid to include Southbury and went to $45 (still 3*). No deal.

24 hours later, Thursday: Bid on a 3* hotel in Danbury only for $48. Done deal :D at Hilton Garden Inn.

Wasn't sure what to expect with our stay being over Mother's Day weekend (higher rates?), but very pleased with the deal.
