OptimalTraveler
With respect to Hotwire and Priceline, at what stage of the process is the user committed to a price? Link to comment
AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. :)If you have not used either service, this thread is recommended reading: I've Never Used Priceline or HotwireWith PRICELINE, one selects zone/s and star rating and indicates bid price, then has the service search. Once the user clicks to have the service search, then it becomes a matter of if a hotel accepts, the user is presented with the hotel name and at that point it's not refundable or changeable. With HOTWIRE, the user is presented with a series of mystery hotel listings. At the end of the checkout process, the user finalizes the purchase and then is presented with the hotel name. At that point, it's not refundable or changeable. Please let us know the details of your stay (budget, dates, star rating, destination) if you need further assistance.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
