Hotwire Hotel: 3* Portsmouth Holiday Inn in Portsmouth

There are a bunch of college graduations this weekend, so it was hard to find a reasonably priced hotel near Portsmouth. Fortunately Hotwire had a 3* for $100, which ended up being the Holiday Inn. Way cheaper than $200+ for downtown Portsmouth.
