Hotwire Hotel: NYC area hotel

Hello all. I am looking for a hotel in the NYC city area. I have a graduation at Lincoln center and am looking for rooms from June 14th to June 17th. I will be requiring 3 rooms total. I guess I don't care where I stay in NYC as the subway system is great. What I have found on hot-wire and the best bang for the buck is a.....

4 Star hotel in Downtown SOHO Financial District hotel. Price is 140 a night

If anyone has a clue to what this hotel is and the exact area, I can make a decision if it will be convenient to travel to my venue. Any help would be appreciated If you guys find a better deal for my dates I would truly appreciate that info also. Thanks and have a good day.
