Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board, but i will note that the 3.0/5.0 TA rating would give me a bit of pause to proceed cautiously.

I don't remember for sure but I think I ended up staying at the Motel 6 in Niagara Falls. That Motel 6 is a step up from most other locations. It has an indoor pool and other amenities.

There was a major event going on that weekend.  All the hotels increased their rates by double or more.  I was able to get this room before Motel 6 doubled the rate.  I would have used the Motel 6 website.
