Priceline Hotel: London Ontario

Hi there!

New to this whole priceline thing and i have a question....

I need to book either the Delta London Armouries or the Hilton in London Ontario Canada. I am bidding in "Central" London and those are the only two 3.5 star hotels located in that area. Does this mean I am pretty much guaranteed to get either one of these hotels or can they still give me a different one? Help....I'm so scared to book it...LOL!!!

Based upon what... if you're using our Priceline Hotel List see the comments at the top of the hotel lists, if using PRICELINE's "retail" section where the name of the hotel are shown this part of their service uses a different universe of hotels than the 'name your own' price service (see the related link in our PRICELINE FAQ for more info), if using your own knowledge of the area then you have to make sure you're confident enough that there isn't another hotel that PRICELINE would deem to be 3* rated.

Bottomline is that you can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE, you have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star level (or higher) that you choose. With HOTWIRE you can often take an educated guess as to what is being offered based upon the amenities associated with the property, but it's still a 'best guess' and no guarantees you will receive the hotel you're hoping for. As well, HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, so there is a chance the hotel you're hoping for isn't the one which is offered for your particular dates.
