I was aiming for 3.5* Fort Lee area like last time but kept getting rejected for a few days so I gave a shot at Paramus for 3*.

First bid was $55, they offered 67 so I re-bid 60 and won. Used the PRICELINE link

Total came to about 145 so I am happy with that though it's a little further away from the city then I would have liked.
