Priceline Hotel: HELP: Bidding Advice! HM Sept 27th-28th

Hi, I am interested in trying to get the Maui Hyatt for the dates above. I know there is a chance I might get like resorts such as the Sheraton or Westin. I am okay taking this risk but would like to get the Hyatt if possible. Please help with what you think I should bid.

Why does everyone want to bid so early? :)

In this case, you really are too early. It does not appear that the best rates are posted yet. Regardless, it will be hard for you to get the Hyatt through priceline because it is likely to be underbid by other hotels like the Sheraton. If it really prefer the Hyatt, you could look on hotwire and see if it's there (remembering that there's been some confusion between the Hyatt and the Westin). But I think you need to wait to do that, too. :)

Hi,

This will be my first time bidding. I wanted some advice as to what to bid to try to get the Hyatt Regency in Maui (in the Ka'anapali - Lahaina area). I only want one night at this hotel. Any advice would be appreciated. I would prefer this hotel but am fine in case I don't get it.
