The InterContinental has previously been seen with this star rating and amenity set so that would be my best guess for this one.

I just won that hotel yesterday and yes, it was the InterContinental on Howard St. Got it last night for $154/night Apr 27-29. It just dropped by $34/night from the day before. But just checked and it just got bumped up to $168/night as of today.
