Priceline Hotel: 4* Las Vegas Strip Vicinity South Bidding Suggestions

I am looking stay in Las Vegas on 5/26/12 only. I would like to stay at a 4* near the "strip vicinity south". Can you please help me with some starting bid suggestions?

Also, does priceline charge your credit card immediately or after the stay?

Once you do get a winning bid on PRICELINE, you are presented with the hotel name and your card is charged. At that point, the reservation is non-refundable/changeable. What would be your desired max bid?

I changed my mind to a 3 star, we were looking at the Tuscany Las Vegas it is currently going for $125/night on my earlier specified dates. I was thinking more like $70, does that sound realistic?

You shouldn't be looking at one specific hotel and be expecting that particular property... especially since this property has never been reported to the board previous thru PRICELINE (it has thru HOTWIRE) and there are other 3* (and higher) hotels in the zone. As well, this property isn't located in PRICELINE's Strip South zone, it is in their 'near Strip East' zone.

What is it exactly that you're looking for from this stay? What is the budget that you have in mind?
