Priceline Hotel: 5* Las Vegas (Strip South) The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas Autograph Collection

Was looking for 5/16(W) to 5/20(Sun) 5* started at $100 got up to $130 with no luck and decided to break up the trip. Got the Cosmo for Wed/Thurs for $115 after starting at $100. Then I tried to extend my nights by two but it would not allow me to at $115. Then I tried getting Fri/Sat night starting at $125 and went all the way up to $180 with no luck. Any suggestions? $180 seems pretty high to me. I may just drop down to 4 star for those two nights and start at $65, does that seem reasonable?
