Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board. However, if you change your search to 2adults/2children a 'new' 4* hotel is shown in this zone for the same price with a 4.0/5.0 Tripadvisor rating and the following amenities:

Suite, Boutique, Near Beach, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Golf, Tennis, Kitchenette, Spa

While this property has not yet been identified, it might be the same hotel as above but showing more amenities when searching for quad occupancy. If you're flexible this may be the 'safer' option since it shows a 'Near Beach' amenity (where the other property provides no indication if on the beach or proximity to it) and this has the 'comfort' level of a 4.0/5.0 TA rating.
