I'm pretty sure that this is the Renaissance because it's not a beachfront property.

I was looking to get the Westin, Radisson or Hyatt Regency. Should I try Priceline instead? Thanks!

The Renaissance, with a new 'Free Parking' amenity would be my best guess as well.

Thanks for the heads up. This may not be (heck, probably isn't) the correct forum for this follow-up question, but here it goes:

If I understood correctly, the Renaissance is rated as a 4* in PRICELINE, so bidding exclusively on the resort category would "almost certainly" avoid this property. Amirite?

Yes, as long as the Renaissance remains 4* rated (or less) then you can safely avoid it by only bidding Resort class hotels (and higher)
