Priceline Hotel: Help needed around Union station in Jun.18-21

I want to take my parents to WAS.DC for 3 days (June 18-21). I want to stay close to union station, or around the major view spot (white house, memorials, capitol hill and so on)

I need 2 rooms, how much will it be based on you guys experience? I've tried 70 for Capitol hill area and failed. can i have some suggestion?
