Priceline Hotel: Help needed Jun.15-18 in Manhattan

I would like to take my parents to Ny for a 3 days trip, I want to stay around Megabus arriving station (7 Ave & 28th Street) and departuring station (41st street & 8 Ave)

I need 2 rooms, hou much will it be as you guys experience? I've tried 105 for Chelsea aera and of course failed. but on priceline map I found some bid as the price of 90.

Pls give me some suggestion. thx a lot!

June is still within the busy season - it's not until July when temps start going higher that rates start to come down.
