Priceline Hotel: Failed bid for Victoria BC, 4* $91

I bid up to $91 for a 4 star in Victoria BC with no luck. I think the loggers convention, boat show and the Steampunk Expo this weekend drove prices up.

I booked the Marriot for $100 through work instead.
