Hotwire Hotel: Help Identifying *4 Empire State Building Area

The prices seem to be going up for the weekend we are looking to book (May 18-20).

I found this on hotwire, but want to make sure its the Strand....its for $277 - rated at 95% approval! Please help!

Sorry Just read all of the descriptions..looks like this could be the Kitano as its amenities are listed on Hotwire as: Boutique Hotel, Business Center

- perhaps the approval rating of 95% can differentiate it?

This would be a possible match for the Kitano. The HOTWIRE % rating is not a reliable indicator, as there's nothing to check to-the-minute ratings against and %'s have been seen to change from search-to-search.

I ended up booking the Hilton Doubletree in Financial district as I found Priceline/hotwire to be too high after taxes, etc.
