What's a good price to bid on Priceline for a 4* hotel close to Niagara Falls?

Best guess for the property above would be a new amenity set for the Sterling Inn and Spa.

The best price I found for a 4* in the Niagara Falls area on Priceline was $140 for the Double Tree, so of course, I'd like to stay under that. Perhaps, something under $100 if possible, but I could go higher if really needed.

I had a feeling that the Hotwire hotel was Sterling. Did some research and it seems like Sterling isn't that close to the falls. Would prefer to stay closer to the falls, so probably won't go with that Hotwire hotel... but if something better pop ups on Hotwire then I'll probably take it. For now, will probably stick with Priceline.
