Hotwire Hotel: Better late than never!

I am planning a Vegas trip for me and my husband. We are taking a later anniversary trip due to a busy schedule in May and early June. I am set on my dates. June 22nd Friday and departing on June 24th which is Sunday. I've never used hot wire before. But this is what I get when I put in a search for the Las Vegas Strip South:

$94 4 star rating/ amenities are:resort, casino, restaurant, free parking, fitness center, business center, free internet, pool(s), golf nearby

$77 3 star rating/ amenities are: Casino, Pool, restaurant, business center, and golf nearby

$111 3 1/2 star rating/ amenities are: resort, free parking, free internet, casino, fitness center, pool(s), restaurant(s), business center, high speed internet access, golf nearby, tennis nearby, spa services

$35 1 star rating/ amenities are free parking, free internet, pool(s), and laundry facilities

I've stayed in Vegas several times. Mostly on the northern end of the strip. I love the South end of the Strip like Aria and Vdara. I was hoping someone could me to crack the code for what the think these hotels are. I wouldn't mind TI either. I'm open to options as well. I want a nicer room for our getaway. Like everyone else on this site I want a good room at a great price. Any help will be appreciated.
