Was hoping for the Listel based on amenities listed, and that's what I won.

Amenities:

Free Internet, Boutique Hotel, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access

Had been bidding on Priceline over the past few days (4* Downtown Vancouver with re-bids in Granville Entertainment District and City Hall - Downtown Vancouver South), but bids of $85, 90, 95, 99, 100, 103, 105 were all unsuccessful; no counteroffers were presented.
