You've mentioned Free Parking twice, here is what i'm seeing:

Complimentary Breakfast, Pool, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Free Parking

A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board, but two guesses would be the La Quinta or the Wingate by Wyndham... but i wouldn't be too surprised if it was something different. Not sure of your needs for this stay, but while this property does show a 'pretty good' 4.0/5.0 Tripadvisor rating, it also does get low scores on location so i suspect it may a property in the norther part of this zone.
