The amenities above have previously associated with the Hotel Felix, Hotel Palomar, and Hotel Sax. While all of these are possibilities, and you should be prepared for any of them, best guess of the three would be the Hotel Felix.

i see what appears to be the Club Quarters Wacker/Michigan or River Hotel for $135 - while the property is a 3.5* and more basic, it's in a terrific location. You could also try bidding. If you're driving, a hotel in the Northern burbs could likely be had for $50-55, but that requires about a 40-45 minute train ride on the Metra into the city.
