First of all. This is an awesome website. Great way for anyone to save some money!

I am trying to book an hotel for me and my buddy. We are going to be in Vegas from 5/17 - 5/20.

I tried splitting my bids for Thursday night at $75 anf got reject. Same applies for $80 a night.

Any suggestions? Should I just skip the 5 star hotels? I'm just a college student trying to have fun with a lil' bit of luxury.

For the 5* bids that you have made... it was only for the Thursday nite, 5/17? Did you bid Strip North and Strip South or only one of these zones? Are you only interested in staying on the strip for this nite OR is the Trump something you would consider?

I assume you still need a room for the weekend nites of this trip? What is your maximum bid for the weekend nites of your trip? (and are you looking to stay o the strip for these nites as well?) If bidding the entire 3 nites together, what is your maximum bid?

Ok. So my bid for $60 was accepted at the Monte Carlo for 5/17 - 5/18. Just one night. Not bad, right?

Now I have to book from Friday 5/18 - Sun 5/20. I don't want to exceed more than $100/night for the weekend. Is that too low? High or just enough?
