Started with $75 bid for 4* White House-Downtown - rejected.

Added Dupont Circle - Woodley Park area and increased bid to $80 - rejected.

Started over with $85 bid for 4* in Georgetown - Foggy Bottom - rejected.

Added Dupont Circle, Increased bid to $90 - rejected.

Added Downtown, bid $90 - rejected.

Started over with $85 bid for 4* in Convention Center-Capitol Hill - rejected

Added 3.5*, lowered bid to $75 - rejected

Added white house-downtown, bid $75 - rejected

Added Dupont Circle - Woodley Park - accepted.

Probably could have lowered the bid a a bit after adding dupont, but happy with this win since this hotel is very close to a Metro Station.
