I tried all of my Priceline/Better Bidding tricks for the last 2 weeks to land a cheap 4* hotel in downtown Portland without any luck. I was trying for under $70. I ended up with 3* near Lloyd Center. I'm not super excited but it will be fine for our needs. $45 a night is hard to beat!
