This property has not yet been reported to the board, and i would caution against a property with such a low recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests (and the 3.0 TA rating doesn't do much to re-assure).

If this is all your budget will allow, since this an extended stay i would at least see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain' and ensure that it will meet your needs. If so you can then go ahead and purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
