I'd been bidding off and on for the past month for a San Juan resort hotel for my honeymoon and hit the right number last night at $85 for the Conrad Condado Plaza. Very happy to get this hotel at that price because now I can spend more money on the other parts of the trip!

Just a heads up--

I was relying on this information, and it turned out a little differently, although still a good deal.

I bid $86 for a "resort" for 5/12/12 to 5/15/12 and it was accepted and turned out to be the Hilton Caribe.

Rates are date specific, and with your dates being in May, and the OP's dates being in June, not sure why you would have expected to receive the same hotel.
