A property with this exact amenity set has not yet been reported to the board, but my best guess is that this is the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate with the addition of a new 'Smoke Free' amenity since it was last reported to the board.

I started bidding for Lake Buena Vista-Downtown Disney Resort Hotels at $70 and bid was rejected. Waited 24 hours and typed in $80 - bid was rejected but they said if I offered $107 I would have a hotel. I offered $107 and got Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. I am really happy with this as this was the hotel I wanted in the first place but on its website it was going for $179 with the AAA rate.
