amborgatron Posted April 8, 2012 Report Posted April 8, 2012 At first I tried for 2 rooms, as follows:Las Vegas Strip North & Strip South Vicinity -$120 deniedadd area, rebid $125 deniedadd area, rebid $130 deniedadd area, rebid $135 deniedadd area, rebid $140 denied etc, until $175, still denied.My max limit was $1400 with tax included, & I already did max rebid.-Waited 24 hours-Decided to try for 1 room this time, North Strip only with a max limit of $250/night w/out tax.$135 deniedadd area, rebid $145 deniedadd area, rebid $155 deniedadd area, rebid $165 deniedadd area, rebid $175 deniedadd area, rebid $185 deniedadd area, rebid $195 deniedadd area, rebid $210 deniedadd area, rebid $220 deniedadd area, rebid $230 accepted!Compared to the Venetian website with early reservation discount of 20% which was ~$1000 for the weekend with tax, this ended up being $200 off the entire weekend.
