Best guess is that this is the Westin Beach Resort with a limited set of amenities vs. how it was last reported to the board. If you change your search to 2adults/1child a 'new' 4* hotel is offered in this zone for the same price (your rate may differ by a few dollars) with: Resort, Near Beach, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Tennis, Childrens Activities. I suspect that this is the same hotel and these amenities have previously been associated with the Westin... so this may be a 'safer' way to play it if you're hoping for this property.

I guess that is a good way of playing it safe. However when I add the 1 children option the primary guest age changes from 21 to 18 and as you reported the different set of amenities including children play area. So i was just wondering if they might be different hotels. I was actually hoping to get the W fort lauderdale.

I hadn't noticed the minimum age requirement changing but this would imply that different hotels are likely. However, the W has never been reported with the amenity set above so i'd have no reason to guess this property vs. any of the others that have been reported to the board in this zone (or some new hotel not yet reported to the board)

Please let us know your result! I believe I'm looking at the same hotel, but since I need 4 rooms, am a little hesitant to pull the trigger without knowing, but how bad could a 4* be?
