TLB71121 Posted April 7, 2012 Report Posted April 7, 2012 Started bidding at 45, finally, after 4 days, got this hotel for $66 plus tax. Very outdated hotel except for tv's and a chair in the room.Bed is VERY soft and appliances are old. When checking in, was treated like a PL costumer. Asked if we could upgrade and pay the difference for a 1bdr suite, was told no, that they were sold out. So, I called Mariott, and was told that they had lots of rooms. So, checked back in and all of a sudden, we were moved. Told that the computer wouldn't let them move us. Funny, because I have used PL many times and I've been upgraded to club levels and bigger rooms with absolutely no problem! If I were to come back, I def wouldn't use PL for this area.

TLB71121 Posted April 8, 2012 Author Report Posted April 8, 2012 The stay was 4/7-4/8 for one night and total was 85 with tax (which is what the AAA rate actually was, so no major savings) I would like to incl that the breakfast was very good, but they did run out of a lot of things. But, a good choice of hot and cold items were available.
