Hotwire Hotel: Help ID Dallas North - Galleria 3 and 3.5*

I did a search (using the link on this site of course) and was wondering if anyone could help identify the 3* for $46 and the 3.5* for $51 Dallas North - Galleria area hotels between 4/12/12 - 4/16/12 (1 room, 2 adults). There's so many in this area it gets confusing for me. It's getting close to the date so I might not get a solid answer in time, but if I go through with one I'll try to report back as well.

3.5*, $51, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Internet. 95% recommended. Check-in age 21.

3*, $46, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Internet. No review. Check-in age 18.

For others looking for their own hotels, I usually stay at 3.5* Crowne Plaza in Dallas - Park Central for $35 via priceline when I come into town but they are completely sold out this trip.

Neither of the properties above have been reported to the board.

The amenities of the 3.5* property have been seen to be associated with the Hilton, InterContinental, Omni and the Holiday Inn North Adisson... but the first three have been reported at the 4* level and the last one at the 3* level. One of these could have been upgraded/downgraded, but can't say for certain if that is the case or it is some completely new property.

I don't have any guess for the 3* property. However...

Looking at each the 3.5* would likely be a much better value/deal as it has a 95% user recommendation rating from previous HOTWIRE guests as is well rated based upon the criteria that HOTWIRE asks for from previous guests... whereas the 3* has a lower 70% user recommendation and ranks poorly for 'condition of hotel' and 'location'.
