Priceline Hotel: Need help bid - TS, MTW, MTE (25 Jun ~ 4 July)

Hello!!

It's the first time to visit NewYork, also first time to bid at priceline.

I'm a little bit excited to bid rather than go to NewYork ~~kkk

I'll aprreciate all of you to help me~~~

Facts

1. period : 25 June ~ 4 July (9 nights)

2. rating : 4star(only)

3. want to bid zone : TS => MTW, MTE

Questions

1. Is it too early to bid?

(Are there any disadvantages for early bid? Because they have lots of rooms at this time...)

2. Is it possible to bid for whole 9 nights?

(DO I have to bid seperately? For example, 4 nights & 5 nights..)

3. Strategies...

=> Do not add zones, gradually increase the price?

4. Please recommend the first price to win a bid at TS, MTW, MTE

The Priceline FAQ discusses purchase timing - waiting until the last minute can definitely be a problem; rates don't always go lower as it gets closer to your stay.

It is possible to bid for 9 nights, although if a portion of your stay is busier, it may be optimal to split your stay. This time period is still within the busy Summer period - later in July and into August starts to become slower/less expensive with higher temperatures.

What would be your desired max bid per night?

Did you mean anything in particular with the '=>' or are all three of these zones equally acceptable? Also, is there a reason you're not including CPS and/or ESB in your bidding, as these zones at the 4* level are typically considered well located and the hotels are generally of good quality.
