The Holiday Inn and MET Hotel have both been seen with this amenity set, so either would be a possibility in this case.

Finally went with Priceline. 2.5* in the Troy-Birmingham area. I tried $37 yesterday and got proposed to go up to $45. I tried $42 today and got the Fairfield Inn.
