Priceline Hotel: 3.5* St. Louis (West - Chesterfield) Doubletree Hotel And Conference Center St. Louis

Yay! I started in the low 30's last night for hotels near the airport, but I eventually narrowed my search down to this DoubleTree in Chesterfield because the airport seemed too far. My main requirement was an indoor pool. The only reason I didn't try for a 4 star hotel in Downtown St. Louis is because I wasn't guaranteed an indoor pool. Anyway, I did some research (thanks to this site), and I figured out that DoubleTree had everything I wanted, and it was the only 3.5 star hotel in the zone. I bid 35, but Priceline asked for at least 10 more dollars. Instead of bidding 10 more, I added a new zone in which I knew there were no 3.5 star hotels. I increased my bid to $40 (because I was becoming impatient). I won! In total, the room will be $53.85. I called them to see if I could get a double bed room so my kids could stay. He said he didn't see a problem with that. Hooray! Oh yeah, and I used the PRICELINE link from this site :)

Definitely a really great deal for this Doubletree property - I've had friends stay here previously and they thought it was a very nice Doubletree location and I do think the area is quite nice.
