Please help me on finding a hotel in Miami Downtown. The list is not clear to me as lots of hotels are crossed on your list.

I would like to stay in Miami downtown from April 21 to 23, 3 adults..

I found a 3,5 * for 84 $.

Does $84/night make sense for this? I plan to spend most of our time at South beach, but since the prices are high there, plan to go for downtown.
