I've stayed there before and never had an issue until last night.It took them literally 1 hour last night from the time i called them until the time we arrived at the hotel from the airport. Not very happy about that. Called at 7:45pm and they said the van only leaves every 30min and would leave the hotel at 8 to pick me up. It arrives at 8:12 and then we wait 30 minutes for additional passengers that never showed up!!! We finally got to the hotel at 8:50pm......And since it's an upscale hotel no free wifi. I hate hotels that don't make you pay for wifi. Really how much extra is that costing the hotel to provide??? Ridiculous...So not sure if i'll try to bid for this hotel again next time i need to stay in CLT.
