Got this in my email from Hotwire... apparently they've changed the amenities.

Dear xxxxx,

We are contacting you about your upcoming stay at Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport. Hotwire itinerary xxxxx. We regret that the hotel is not able to offer the Airport Shuttle that was listed on our site. We do periodically review our hotel partners' amenities to show the most accurate and up-to-date information, and we recently changed our site to reflect the current offerings of Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport.

As such, we would like to offer you the option of either cancelling the reservation for a full refund, or keeping the reservation and receiving 25% of your entire stay in HotDollars. HotDollars can be used for any hotel, flight, or Hotwire hot Rate rental car booking on Hotwire. Each HotDollar is equivalent to one U.S. dollar and is available for one year from the date of issuance.

To use your HotDollars:

1. If you are not already signed in to Hotwire, click the "Sign in" link in the upper right corner of any page.

2. Enter the email address and password for your account with the HotDollars.

3. Find a hotel, flight, or hot Rate car rental on Hotwire and proceed to checkout.

4. On the billing page, you will be offered the opportunity to apply your HotDollars to your booking. If your HotDollars do not cover the cost of your whole trip or you have chosen additional features, such as Trip Protection, you may also be required to enter billing information.

Any remaining HotDollars will stay in your account for future use.
