The 4* property matches previous reports for the Palmer House so that would be my best guess for this one.

The 3.5* is consistent with both the Chicago Loop Hotel and the Club Quarters Chicago - Central Loop, so either of these would be the mostly one here.

Decided to go the Priceline route...and was able to book Hyatt Regency Chicago for $90 using the BB PRICELINE link.

Obviously, we are very pleased with this deal!
