Priceline Hotel: 5* Las Vegas Strip South - Four Seasons

I am fine with all of the 5* hotels on the south strip except for Four Seasons but I don't see a lot winning this hotel. Has anyone ever landed Four Seasons?

I'm up to the following amount:

$200 5* North Strip

$165 5* South Strip

At what amount do you think it'll take to land one on the South Strip?

The Four Seasons has never been reported to the board thru PRICELINE or HOTWIRE.

I really wouldn't go much higher in terms of a 5* South Strip; I'm guessing a 5* South Strip on HOTWIRE for $185, so I'm guessing a win is likely in the $167-175 neighborhood.
